Each custom piece is handmade with care and designed just for you.

How It Works

1. Let’s Chat – Send me a message on Instagram or TikTok @Tuftbabe.co OR Facebook @Tuft Babe to discuss your idea, size, and design. I’ll give you a custom price based on your rug and design complexity.     
   
   

2. Secure Your Spot – Once we agree on the price, a 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your custom rug and gets production started.      
   
   

3. Finalize Details – After your deposit, you’ll receive a short form to confirm colors, patterns, and any other details.    
   
   

4. Completion & Payment – You’ll get photos of your rug before final payment. The remaining 50% + shipping is due before pickup or delivery.    
   
   

5. Delivery – Your rug ships or is delivered once final payment is received.

Completion & Order Terms

• If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of completion, the order is considered abandoned and the deposit is forfeited.

• Non-personalized rugs may be resold.
