✨ How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple!

  1. Chat with me – Send me a message on Instagram or TikTok @Tuftbabe.co    to share your ideas, size, and design inspiration. I’ll provide a custom quote for your rug.                                                       

  2. Reserve your spot – Once we agree on the price, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your custom rug and gets production started.              

  3. Completion & payment – You’ll receive photos of your rug before final payment. The remaining 50% + shipping is due before pickup or delivery.        

  4. Delivery – Once payment is received, your rug will be shipped or delivered to you.

⏳ What’s the turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on the order queue, rug size, and design complexity. Most custom rugs are completed within a few days to 2 weeks. I’ll keep you updated along the way, and if your rug will take longer, you’ll be the first to know.

  • Pre-made rugs: 5–7 business days for shipping.

  • Rush orders: Possible! Just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

📦 Do you offer shipping?

Yes! I ship anywhere in the U.S., and you’ll receive tracking info once your rug is on its way.

🖌 Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom rugs are my specialty 💕. Share your ideas, sketches, or inspiration, and I’ll bring your vision to life.

📏 What sizes do you offer?

I make rugs of all sizes, from small pieces to larger statement rugs. Include your size request when we chat, and I’ll confirm if it’s doable!

🎨 Will my rug look exactly like the reference?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations are natural. Colors may differ slightly due to yarn stock or screen displays, but I promise your rug will be beautiful and unique!

Payments are secure through my website. I accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover.

  • Custom rugs: 50% deposit before production, remaining 50% + shipping due at completion.

  • Pre-made rugs: Full payment required.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

All rugs are made-to-order, so cancellations, refunds, or changes cannot be made after payment. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

📦 Damages

If your rug arrives damaged, please reach out  within 48 hours with clear photos. I’ll do my best to make it right.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because every rug is handmade and custom, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the rug is damaged upon delivery.
