Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice. Full payment is required before production begins.

⏳ What’s the turnaround time?

Rugs take 2–4 weeks to make, plus 5–7 business days for shipping.

Pre-made rugs take 5-7 business days for shipping

Rush orders may be possible, just ask!

📦 Do you offer shipping?

Yes! Shipping is available within the U.S. via 
Tracking info will be sent once your rug ships.

🖌 Can I request a custom design?

Of course! Custom is what I do best 💕
Include your ideas, sketches, or inspo in the order form.

📏 What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary from small pieces to larger rugs. Add your size request to the form. I’ll confirm if it's doable!

🎨 Will my rug look exactly like the reference?

Every rug is handmade, so slight differences may happen.
Colors may also vary due to yarn stock or screen displays but I’ll make it beautiful, promise!

💳 Payments

Payments are made securely on my website. I accept all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover.
Full payment is required before production begins.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

All rugs are made-to-order, so no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made after payment. Please double check your details before submitting your form.

📦 Damages

If your rug arrives damaged, please email me at info@tuftbabe.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to help!

🔁 Returns/Exchanges

Because every rug is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
